Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY seeks a highly motivated and driven individual for the Assistant Business Development Manager position within our Global Wholesale team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Wholesale Team, this role will be pivotal in expanding our global presence and establishing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for driving business growth.


Job Description

  • Directly manage and grow the full portfolio of APAC distributor accounts (including ANZ), ensuring operational excellence and maximizing account revenue.
  • Spearhead the development of new business partnerships and wholesale distribution channels, with a primary focus on the ANZ market and strategic B2B co-lab opportunities.
  • Lead and manage complex, collaborative B2B wholesale co-lab projects and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, and operational expenditures for all B2B co-lab and distribution initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee successful project implementation.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, develop detailed sales forecasts, and provide data-driven insights to inform APAC distribution and B2B strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to cultivate a positive work environment.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience is mandatory in the global wholesale distribution or consumer products sector.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and demonstrate strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of global wholesale market dynamics, business development principles, and proficient data processing/analysis skills to support strategic account management.
  • Proven capacity for working independently with high standards of reliability and ownership over a portfolio of key regional accounts.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
