Job Description:

Join us in shaping smarter, more efficient supply chain and transport operations across EMEA. In this role, you’ll use analysis, coordination, and problem-solving to improve service, support key business initiatives, and help products move seamlessly across our retail network.

You’ll help leaders make better decisions by translating data, operational trends, and business challenges into actionable recommendations across the EMEA supply chain network. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced international environment.

This position is based in our London, UK office and follows our hybrid-flex schedule.

What Will You Be Doing?

Transport Operations & Planning

  • Coordinate with distribution centers, carriers, and transport providers to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the wider supply chain network.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound transport activities to support on-time deliveries to stores, e-commerce customers, and distribution centers.
  • Work closely with DC management to strengthen operational processes and help ensure service levels consistently meet supply chain and transportation goals.
  • Partner with EMEA teams, US Home Office Transportation, and Stores Operations to resolve transport claims, shipment exceptions, and delivery issues for stores and e-commerce customers.

Analysis, Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Use data to identify trends, uncover root causes, measure performance, and recommend solutions that improve service, cost, and operational efficiency.
  • Support carrier claims management while reviewing freight costs, transit performance, delivery accuracy, and transport KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide analytical and operational support to help deliver timely, accurate, and cost-effective service across the EMEA network.
  • Track and analyze transport trends, service levels, freight spend, and delivery issues, translating findings into practical recommendations that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the rollout of transport and DC distribution strategies that improve service, enhance carrier performance, and support cost optimization.
  • Evaluate vendor and transport partner performance, including 3PL providers and customs-related partners where applicable, to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Look for opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and use emerging tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance visibility and decision-making.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners to maintain logistics compliance, resolve service challenges, and keep transport documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Build strong relationships with DC Operations, Store Operations, the International Transportation Team, Vendor Compliance, and Asset Protection to identify priorities and solve supply chain and transport issues proactively.
  • Act as a key liaison with US Home Office Supply Chain project teams and vendors to resolve EDI compliance, transport data integrity, and operational process issues.
  • Partner across teams to understand business priorities, identify risks, and support practical solutions that improve how work gets done.

Compliance & Administration

  • Manage key transport administration activities, including shipment records, invoice reviews, monthly 3PL billing approvals, and freight-related documentation for international POs.
  • Provide guidance on EMEA regulatory topics to a range of internal teams, including Quality Assurance, Personal Care, DC coordination, and Transportation.
  • Assist Sourcing and Asset Protection teams by reviewing and recommending international sourcing contracts and contracts related to merchandise destruction.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by your manager, with opportunities to broaden your experience and contribute across the business.

What Do You Need to Bring?

We’re looking for someone who brings strong analytical skills, a hands-on and solutions-focused mindset, and genuine curiosity for how products move through a business. Experience in transportation or supply chain can be helpful, but it is not required. What matters most is your ability to solve problems, use data to make decisions, build strong working relationships, and coordinate work across teams.

What will help you succeed

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience using data, analysis, planning, coordination, operations, customer service, logistics, transport, supply chain, or another transferable business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel or similar analytical tools, including the ability to organize, analyze, and draw insights from data.
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and staying organized while working independently.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • A proactive, curious, and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to respond positively to change and new challenges.
  • Experience coordinating projects, schedules, vendors, operations, or business processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused mindset and interest in understanding how transport and supply chain decisions impact stores, e-commerce customers, and the broader business.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and a willingness to apply emerging technologies to supply chain work, such as improving reporting, identifying transport and inventory trends, supporting forecasting, and streamlining operational processes.
