Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and cost centre reports
- Post journals and assist with reconciliations such as accruals, prepayments and other regular journals (e.g. FX, bank charges, travel costs)
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and reconcile departmental costs (e.g. IT, HR, marketing)
- Assist with audit preparation and year-end statutory accounts
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure data accuracy
- Other ad-hoc work as required
Required Education, Skills And Experience
- Part-qualified or studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Previous experience in a finance role, ideally within a large or global organisation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyse and consolidate data
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
