As a Fixed Income Investment Specialist within the J.P. Morgan Global Insurance Solutions Group, you will serve the investment needs of global insurance clients. You will be part of a dedicated global team of over 70 professionals, focusing on building and shaping our third-party insurance asset management franchise in Europe. You will represent JPMAM externally, providing service to clients and consultants on all matters relating to the insurance industry.
Job Responsibilities:

• Service numerous large multi-national insurers within the UK and Continental Europe, demonstrating and executing C-level relationships.
• Develop products and solutions by assessing demand, creating vehicles/structures to mitigate regulatory constraints, and serving as a resource for other businesses.
• Engage in strategic sales with EMEA Client Advisors in regions with high insurance AUM and outsourcing opportunities.
• Provide insights into sustainability issues faced by insurance companies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proven experience in fixed income investment, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Ability to manage and execute C-level relationships with large multi-national insurers.
• Strong strategic sales skills and experience working with senior EMEA Client Advisors.
• Understanding of regulatory constraints faced by insurers and product/solution development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Insight into sustainability issues faced by insurance companies.
• Experience in developing and managing complex investment solutions for insurance clients.
• Proficiency in Italian, German, and French languages.
