RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 and ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures• Predominantly working in commercial and industrial buildings• Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams• Managing your own workload effectively across multiple client sites
QUALIFICATIONS
• BOHS P402 qualification• Experience working in an asbestos surveyor role• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements• Ability to manage own workload independently• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across client sites • Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills• Professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work
