What is the opportunity?
You will work in RBC BlueBay, RBC’s Asset Management business, supporting users of RBC’s in-house Generative AI application to help adopt and drive forward the use of AI within the business. Our users are primarily in the investment team but extend to the rest of the business. You are a recent graduate with a strong foundation in AI technology and its practical applications.
What will you do?
- Provide first-line support to users working with our in-house Generative AI tools.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI tool usage, best practices and use cases across departments.
- Monitor AI system performance and user interaction patterns.
- Collect and analyse user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting user workshops.
- Collaborate with the AI development team to communicate user needs.
What do you need to succeed - Must have?
- Experience utilising Generative AI to succeed in academic or professional projects.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and the latest methods in AI optimisation.
- Proficiency in programming with Python or R.
- Strong numerical and/or statistical skills.
- Previous customer-facing or support role experience.
- Demonstrable desire to work in the finance sector.
