About the Role

Creative Leadership

  • Define and maintain the visual style and brand identity across all touchpoints, including product interfaces, marketing website and videos.
  • Raise the quality bar (sweat the details!) through well-crafted highly expressive visual and interactive elements.
  • Develop innovative and user-centric design concepts that align with the product's objectives and target audience.
  • Translate complex ideas and product features into compelling visual stories.
  • Approve final designs, ensuring they meet technical requirements and creative standards.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback and ensure alignment with the company’s creative vision.
  • Manage workload distribution, timelines, and quality control across projects.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, marketing/brand and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, or freelancers when needed.

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to the development of long-term brand and product design strategies.
  • Stay updated on design trends, user behavior insights, and competitor analysis to refine creative outputs.
  • Advocate for design-led thinking within the company to elevate product and brand perception.
