Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate freelancer Senior UX Designer to support the DTC Marketing team for a period of 3-months.

Strategic context and Value proposition
Verisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe and Latin America. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo’s European business, in particular, the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail. Additionally, Verisure entered into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.
Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels. Instead, we drive our core go to market channels: direct field sales, Alliances, and telesales. The acquisition of Arlo Europe gives us a strong leadership position in these two emerging and important channels for our business. This transaction has strategic importance. Camera led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales & Marketing teams to build engaging page designs and customer journeys for the ecommerce website.
- Provide the development team with design requirements for new CMS templates and components. Ensure business needs are incorporated into the templates/components and are optimized for desktop, mobile and tablet.
- Optimize the ecommerce journey through improved product page design and checkout flow.
Location
Fixed-term 3 months hire based in the UK (work from home/hybrid).
Reports and organization structure
Direct reporting line into the Head of DTC and Digital.
Candidate profile
Competencies:
- Advanced Figma experience
- Ecommerce UX Design - Examples of previous work to be provided
- Experience with AEM template and component design (or other CMS)
- Great understanding of Ecommerce UX best practise
- Use of brand style guides and building designs using these elements
