Müller’s Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ARIS Enterprise Administrator to join our team. This position requires expertise in managing and optimizing the ARIS platform, ensuring seamless functionality for our business processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and modeling.

The successful candidate will also possess fluency in Arabic, contributing to effective communication within our diverse team and supporting our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and optimize the ARIS platform to support business process management and enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance ARIS functionalities to align with business needs.
  • Manage ARIS Enterprise modules including:
    1- Enterprise Admin
    2-Enterprise Designer
    3-Enterprise Viewer
    4-PRO Pack Enterprise
    5-Extension: Simulation O
    6-versee ARIS Connect administration and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ARIS configuration, processes, and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support for ARIS users to ensure efficient utilization of the platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Stay updated on ARIS developments and best practices, recommending improvements and upgrades as necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an ARIS Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in ARIS platform functionalities and configurations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business process analysis and modeling.
  • ARIS certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Understanding of ITIL, BPM, and project management methodologies.
