Our Apprenticeship Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Engagement & Compliance Support Administrator to help us deliver an outstanding experience for every learner.

In this exciting role, you’ll be fully trained and supported as you gain hands-on experience across the entire learner journey, from onboarding new apprentices and maintaining accurate employer information, to ensuring compliance, quality, and excellent communication throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keeping learner and employer data up to date using digital systems.
  • Building great relationships with stakeholders and supporting them at every stage.
  • Acting quickly on apprenticeship leads and nurturing opportunities through to enrolment.
  • Delivering high quality information, advice, and guidance sessions.
  • Managing contractual agreements and onboarding activities.
  • Creating and sharing monthly progress reports.
  • Monitoring inboxes, calendars, workshops, and system updates.
  • Supporting exam bookings and apprenticeship assessments.
  • Ensuring safeguarding, Prevent, and Health & Safety processes are always followed.
  • Taking part in ongoing learning and development, including recording CPD and joining regular 1–2–1 and team meetings.

Requirements

No prior experience? No problem! As an apprentice, you will receive full training. What matters most is your attitude and potential. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to follow and apply processes with accuracy and consistency.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Personable, engaging, and able to build positive relationships.
  • Organised, self-reliant, and able to manage tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and a great team player.
  • Keen to learn, develop, and grow in the role.
  • Committed to studying and completing an apprenticeship.

Logistics UK is committed to protecting learners from risk or harm.  We do this by having a safer recruitment set of practices.  

All adults within Logistics UK, who have access to learners, will be checked as to their suitability to work with learners.  Our procedures are in line with statutory requirements and as outlined in KCSIE 2023 Part Three: Safer Recruitment.   The successful applicant will be required to provide two satisfactory references and agree to an enhanced DBS check. We will also ask for information related to previous convictions if you are shortlisted for an interview.

Please note that a previous conviction does not automatically disqualify you from a role unless you are barred from working with children or adults. We will conduct a thorough risk assessment to evaluate the age, context, and relevance of the conviction(s) to the position.
