Role Application Support Lead - Java Relevant Experience 7 to 10 years in supporting applications developed using Java technology stack of which the last 5 years were spent in leading a Support & Maintenance Team Responsibilities Build sound understanding of the supported application estate. Hands-on role. Guide junior team members are required. Take responsibility for the Team’s performance. Provide periodic updates to the leadership Team as required. Resolve Support Tickets in a timely manner. Ability to work directly with Customer IT / Business Teams as required. Good analytical skills for effective troubleshooting & problem-solving. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management. Work on Minor Enhancements Keep documentation current and prepare SOPs for routine tasks. Collaborate with internal & external teams to provide end-to-end resolution across Application & Infrastructure issues. Identify and implement automation opportunities. Work in Shifts, if required.
