We are looking for experienced Application Deployment Administrator to join our OneSource in UK.

Job Description:

Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards. Develops client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs. Acts as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues. Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning phase in conjunction with the client to determine initial scope for Technology deployment

  • Drives implementation of Technology

  • Maintains Technology via monitoring of system status and troubleshooting issues as they arise

  • Evaluate data generated by Technology using or modifying existing analytics tools to make recommendations to the client around equipment fleet optimization

  • Provide periodic reports to the client on current state of Technology deployment, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations resulting from analysis of the data

  • Work with the client to identify additional systems suitable for Technology deployment

  • Develop broader understanding of OneSource innovation initiatives to optimize service delivery and reduce cost

Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Business or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of IT experience specifically with firewalls and networks

  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment and processes

  • 2+ years of customer service or data analysis experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel skills Knowledge of Spotfire or other business intelligence software

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of SAP data system is a plus
