Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Game Analytics Manager to join our Analytics team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the direction of our games by providing data-driven insights to senior leadership and driving initiatives that improve processes and solutions across the company.

You’ll also lead and develop a team of game analysts, helping them deliver valuable analyses to boost player retention, engagement, and monetization.

What You'll do: 

Collaborate with senior leadership and game teams to provide strategic insights that shape the game’s vision, roadmap, and business decisions.

  • Lead the analytics roadmap, aligning team efforts with game-specific and company-wide objectives while driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality, actionable deliverables.
  • Develop transversal analytics solutions, enhance A/B testing methodologies, and advocate for data literacy to empower teams company-wide.
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to innovate and implement advanced tools and models that uncover user behavior trends and improve capabilities.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of analytics experience, with a proven track record of driving business impact and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading and mentoring data analysts or scientists, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and applied statistics (Bayesian knowledge is a plus).
  • Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests and implementing solutions with transversal impact across teams or departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and a pragmatic mindset for balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience working in the mobile gaming industry, ideally on Match-3 games.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning models using Python or R.
  • A passion for games and a deep interest in the mobile gaming space.
  • Skilled in creating dashboards and visualizing data using tools like Tableau or Looker.
