London/Staines/Manchester – hybrid with 2 days a week in the office

Permanent

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

£65k - £75k –plus target 10% bonus

As our Analytics Manager, you’ll lead the development of data-driven insights that support provider contract negotiations, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our provider relationships are commercially sound, customer-focused, and aligned with our sustainability goals.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

• Lead analytics for high-value provider contracts, supporting negotiations with commercial insights and modelling.
• Design and evaluate innovative pricing models, including value-based contracts and risk-sharing agreements.
• Monitor provider performance, market trends, and cost drivers to inform strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop a team of senior analysts and a junior analyst.
• Oversee reporting on hospital spend, tariff changes, and healthcare cost trends.
• Identify and address non-compliant billing practices and support sustainability initiatives like Scope 3 emissions tracking.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation or provider management is essential.
• Highly analytical, with confidence working with large financial datasets and building models.
• Experience of managing or mentoring a team is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present these confidently to a range of different audiences.
• Experience in healthcare or a similarly complex, multi-service organisation is desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel modelling and PowerPoint, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
