We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our data team and help shape and scale our analytics ecosystem. You’ll sit at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, modeling and integrating data from multiple sources into our data lake so it is accessible, reliable, and ready for advanced analysis. You’ll turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, showcased in aesthetic, user-friendly Tableau dashboards and other reporting services that empower teams to make impactful decisions.
This is a remote-first role, open to candidates who reside in the UK and are eligible to work there full-time.
- 4-5 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or Data Engineer with hands-on work building scalable data solutions
- Proven expertise in SQL, including advanced queries, optimization, and data modeling, in a cloud data warehouse environment, preferably Snowflake
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar for DAGs
- Familiarity with data warehouse and data lake architectures, including fact and dimension tables, aggregations, and entity-based models
- Solid experience with visualization and reporting tools: Tableau is required and Redash is a plus
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Passion for data quality, accuracy, and validation with strong attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Excellent analytical skills, curiosity, and the drive to champion a data-driven culture
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in dual-wielding battle axes
