  • Identify process improvement opportunities and innovative solutions to enhance data accessibility, performance, and reliability.

If you're passionate about healthcare, driven to leverage data for impactful change, and eager to shape the data infrastructure of a high-growth startup, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Background or previous experience in the healthcare sector—exposure to healthcare analytics, clinical systems, or regulatory environments (e.g.,ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data tools.
  • Familiarity with database design and administration, including performance tuning.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare outcomes.
  • Collaborative, inclusive work culture focused on learning and innovation.
