Role Summary and Impact
As Analytics Associate Director, you will measure and evaluate paid media campaign success, deliver strategic insights, and lead multi-product projects. You’ll manage and mentor team members, develop best practices, and act as a key contact for other teams. Your expertise in translating complex data into impactful narratives will influence both internal teams and senior clients.
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
- Develop a deep understanding of campaign plans and objectives and lead the design and orchestration of measurement plans, mid-flight effectiveness reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure effective Campaign measurement for Client and Internal teams (Client Service, Activation, Planning), overseeing the quality of measurement and delivery of strategic insights.
- Lead the creation of clear, robust, and thought-provoking campaign reviews and strategic insights. Effectively use storytelling to provide context beyond immediate campaigns, identify broader synergies, and drive long-term, cross-channel client/PA strategy.
- Evolve and design new, innovative measurement solutions, managing their delivery and global roll-out, and contributing to best-in-class analytical capabilities across the agency through new methods, techniques, tools, and systems.
- Manage and mentor an analytics team, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality outputs, and continuous professional development.
- Simplify complex problems into actionable approaches, confidently guiding teams to solutions and serving as a go-to expert for strategic analytical insight.
- Lead stakeholder management across client portfolios, developing long-term trusted relationships. This includes assisting clients in defining objectives for innovative campaigns, providing guidance on platform testing & targeting, and coordinating with third-party vendors to assess new measurement solutions (including contract and SOW management).
- Maintain high analytical standards across all projects, recommending and applying suitable tools and advanced methods for correct project planning and execution.

- Proven experience in a data & insight role, with practical experience in how analytical techniques/models are used in marketing. Previous agency, media, or consultancy background is highly desirable.
- Management experience, with a proven ability to recruit, manage, mentor, and delegate effectively to analytical resources.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of how analysis fits into overall client business strategy.
- Proficiency with systems such as SQL, Python, and ‘R’ would be beneficial
- An understanding of Campaign measurement for both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns.
- Excellent at building and presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner that cuts through the noise, consistently using clear, concise writing to communicate compelling stories and effective presentations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including team resourcing, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
- A strong understanding of what data points can be collected and analysed in a digital campaign, and how each data point should be analysed.
- Established and professional communication, presentation, and motivational skills, including the ability to engage in constructive dialogue during presentations and experiment with different presentation styles.
- Demonstrated leadership in work sessions and meetings, fostering confidence among junior team members and effectively assessing/resolving issues.
