This Position reports to:

Analytical Sales Manager


 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.

Your Role and Responsibilities 

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. 
 
- Work model: remote 

   

  • Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams. 

  • Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization. 

  • Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company. 

  • Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers. 

 

Qualifications for the Role 

 

  • Minimum 5 years relevant technical sales experience, , within process gas analysers and Emission monitoring instrumentation.  

  • Strong people-management skills with 2-3 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team of sales professionals. 

  • Demonstrable success in building territory strategies, managing regional sales pipelines, and supporting the team to achieve collective revenue and growth targets. 

  • Solid understanding of service delivery models, aftermarket support, and service contract management. 

  • Competent in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. 

  • Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
