Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Analyst -Tesco & One Stop to be based across UK.
The purpose of this role is to support the Tesco and One Stop Business Unit by delivering best-in-class reporting and commercial insights that drive performance across both accounts. The Tesco and One Stop Analyst will manage EPOS tracking, analyse data to generate actionable insights, and oversee invoicing and accrual processes, ensuring data accuracy and financial integrity across the business unit.
Reporting into the Tesco and One Stop Business Unit Controller, this role will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust reporting frameworks that enable the team to make informed decisions. The Analyst will have the autonomy to apply their analytical expertise to improve reporting efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and supply chain, net revenue management, the Analyst will help drive executional excellence and contribute to the delivery of volume and value growth across the retail channel.
Job DescriptionDELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL AND REPORTING EXCELLENCE
Support the achievement of growth targets through accurate and timely reporting aligned to Tesco and One Stop business plans.
Post-evaluate promotional and commercial activity using EPOS and financial data, applying learnings to future planning.
Provide insight-led reporting to support volume and value growth across both accounts.
FORECASTING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS
Lead EPOS tracking and analysis, sharing weekly insights with relevant internal stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring alignment with internal and external finance teams.
Own accrual management across the business units, ensuring accurate forecasting and reconciliation.
Support the Business Unit Controller in month-end close, sales & operations planning, and channel reviews.
Forecast and evaluate base, promotional, and feature volumes, including point-of-sale materials.
RED BULL CONTACT STRATEGY
Build strong relationships across internal teams including Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Shopper Marketing.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver against account KPIs and strategic objectives.
DATA CHAMPION & BRAND ADVOCATE
Champion the use of data and reporting to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Represent the brand and business unit with integrity, ensuring reporting reflects Red Bull’s premium positioning and commercial priorities.
Confident working with EPOS and retail data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, or Tesco Link) to generate insights.
Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and familiar with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial performance.
Strong analytical mindset with sharp commercial awareness. You see the story behind the numbers.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and precision in reporting and forecasting.
Collaborative communicator, able to build strong relationships across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams.
