The London based M&A Technology team is seeking to hire an Analyst to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in the team to support with the origination and execution of transactions typically reporting to an Associate or Vice President including;

  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations ("pitches");
  • Research public company and transaction multiples to support valuation of companies;
  • Supporting the drafting of information memoranda;
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights;
  • Conducting industry research : collect information on target companies, market analysis, competitive position; and
  • Provide administrative support including meeting agendas, meeting notes and management of deal Q&A.

Qualifications:

  • You have experience in an accounting firm preferably financial due diligence or at least six months’ experience in an investment bank or boutique M&A firm;
  • You have solid financial knowledge (accounting, financial analysis, financial modelling, company valuation methods, etc.) and strong analytical skills, enabling you to work both autonomously and within a team;
  • Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence drive you;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage professional relationships, excellent time keeping and commitment to delivering required tasks on time; and
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), and you are at ease with IT tools for your role
