Our Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team supports the financial wellbeing of businesses and communities across Australia. Within RAB, our Commercial Banking teams work with a diverse range of small to medium enterprises, helping them grow, manage risk and achieve long‑term success.

Based in Albury, you’ll join a collaborative and high‑performing Commercial Banking team with a strong regional footprint and a genuine focus on customer outcomes.

 

Do work that matters

As an Analyst in our Commercial Banking team, you’ll play a key role in supporting relationship execution and quality credit outcomes across the portfolio. Partnering closely with Relationship Executives, you’ll provide financial modelling, analysis and market insights to support informed decision‑making and sustainable client growth.

You’ll leverage CBA’s market‑leading products, innovative digital solutions and advanced technology to help deliver best‑in‑class outcomes for our commercial customers.

 

What you’ll do
  • Work closely with Relationship Executives to understand client needs and support the development of client strategies
  • Proactively identify ideas and solutions to strengthen and grow commercial client relationships
  • Provide financial and portfolio analysis, supported by market and industry insights
  • Prepare clear, concise and well‑structured credit submissions and client correspondence
  • Develop a strong understanding of commercial business needs and how CBA can support clients to achieve their long‑term goals

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have
  • Experience in commercial banking or accounting
  • Strong analytical, research and financial modelling skills, including credit analysis
  • A customer‑centric mindset with a solutions‑focused and proactive approach
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or a related discipline (highly regarded)
