Rothschild & Co is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team, specifically focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Investment Suitability (Suitability). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our client onboarding and monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of AML, KYC, CDD and Suitability processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Identify and report any discrepancies or potential risks in client documentation and transactions.

Collaborate with various teams, including, Client Account Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and Client Teams, to address and resolve any issues identified during QA reviews.

Assist in the development and implementation of QA frameworks and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of AML, KYC, CDD and Suitability processes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices related to AML, KYC, and Suitability.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on QA findings and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.

Previous experience in AML, KYC, CDD, Suitability or a related compliance function within the financial services industry.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or ICA (International Compliance Association) qualifications.

Experience with QA frameworks and methodologies.
