Rothschild & Co is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team, specifically focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Investment Suitability (Suitability). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our client onboarding and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of AML, KYC, CDD  and Suitability processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Identify and report any discrepancies or potential risks in client documentation and transactions.

  • Collaborate with various teams, including, Client Account Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and Client Teams, to address and resolve any issues identified during QA reviews.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of QA frameworks and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of AML, KYC, CDD and Suitability processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices related to AML, KYC, and Suitability.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on QA findings and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in AML, KYC, CDD, Suitability or a related compliance function within the financial services industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or ICA (International Compliance Association) qualifications.

  • Experience with QA frameworks and methodologies.
