If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Investor Relations team as an Analyst supporting our operations in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland).

As part of our Investor Relations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our existing clients and prospecting activities, collaborating with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and investor satisfaction.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relationship Support: Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships while supporting prospective investor activities in the DACH region.

  • Presentation & Data Analysis: Coordinate and produce presentation materials, cash flow forecasts, fee/performance data, due diligence materials, and other key documents for client meetings and prospecting activities.

  • CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and prospecting activities using a CRM system.

  • Investment Processes Coordination: Manage investor onboarding and transfer processes, including KYC/AML documentation and supporting investors through their due diligence processes.

  • RFP & Data Collection: Support the RFP process by gathering and preparing required data for investor inquiries.

  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, investment, and legal) and external service providers to ensure compliance and accurate data management.

  • Project Management: Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing investor experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Asset Management and Private Markets industry.

  • Client-Focused Approach: Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with a client-centric mindset.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to drive results.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in handling investor data and documentation.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (essential).

  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

  • Professionalism & Confidentiality: High level of discretion, judgment, and ethical standards.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential.
