Primary Purpose:
The Indirect Sourcing Analyst II position is a key contributor to ADUSA's strategic sourcing organization, driving cost optimization across a $5B portfolio of Not For Resale spends. This role executes sourcing initiatives while ensuring business alignment, stakeholder engagement, and total cost of ownership principles. As a sourcing expert and influential team member, Analyst II supports strategic planning and leads tactical execution-contributing to long-term sourcing maturity and business growth.
Our hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location includes Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Scarborough, ME, Carlisle, PA

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing events with knowledge of strategic sourcing steps, tools, and templates; collaborate with senior team members when needed
- Source and clean data to build accurate historical/baseline analysis using Spend Analytics Platform and internal systems
- Develop award scenarios and analyze bid outcomes using total cost of ownership methodology
- Apply negotiation tactics and determine event strategies to deliver favorable supplier outcomes
- Lead 10+ full-sourcing projects annually in alignment with cost savings targets
- Build stakeholder relationships with intermediate-level influence and trusted guidance
- Benchmark performance and savings across local, domestic, and global sourcing initiatives
- Help evolve the team's capabilities through best practices in analytics, supplier management, and sourcing technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail sourcing experience in indirect procurement
- Familiarity with eSourcing tools and contract management platforms
- Proven track record of stakeholder relationship development and cost optimization
- Exposure to global sourcing and total cost management frameworks
