Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the Director of HR, this dynamic role places you at the heart of HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Reporting, and HR Systems.
Key Job Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Prepare HR documentation – contracts, offer letters, employee letters (e.g. maternity, leaver letters) and keep templates up to date
- Manage on-boarding process for new starters (e.g., offer packs, pre-employment screening, induction sessions…)
- Handle reference requests
- Create and maintain electronic employee files, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Answering employee queries
- Support performance management cycle
- Support compensation review process
- Lead visa applications processes
Payroll & Benefits
- Deliver payroll in London and overseas offices (US, Australia, South Korea, Spain and Germany) and managing outsourced payroll providers
- Administer employee benefits (Pension, Private Medical Insurance, flexible benefits etc.) for London and overseas offices
- Support the annual UK and US benefits renewal
HR Data & Systems
- Input and maintain employee details in the HRIS (BambooHR) and ensure data integrity
- Run routine and bespoke HRIS reports as required
- Maintain HR trackers
- Provide HR MI when required
- Maintain and report on the Performance & Learning system (Cornerstone)
- Maintain the HR Intranet page and keep content up to date and relevant
Other
- Support HR projects when required
- Collaborate with wider business (for example - Compliance, Legal, Tax, IT and Risk) on cross-department project/tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a HR Analyst / Associate capacity in professional services
- Demonstrated expertise in Benefits, Payroll, reporting and general HR Administration in a fast-paced environment
- Digitally fluent, with proven experience of using HRIS systems and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint wizard with a strong interest in AI
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and able to make sense of data and to translate them into meaningful messages
- Flexible and proactive approach, with ability to organise and prioritise workload independently
