At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. We are currently seeking an Amazon Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. 

The role:

Within our portfolio, we already generate more than $70 million in sales a year on Amazon without it being a core focus. We are now seeking an Amazon Growth Manager to develop and implement comprehensive Amazon growth strategies for our portfolio brands. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is full time in our London office.

What You'll Do

  • Grow our portfolio brands on Amazon through product listing optimization, inventory management, and growth tactics.
  • Provide guidance to PPC teams to align PPC campaigns with overall growth strategies and SEO efforts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve product visuals, including images and videos, ensuring they effectively showcase the product.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, and Commercial) and external partners to drive the execution of growth strategies.

Who You Are

  • Ideally 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in an Amazon-related role.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing Amazon accounts and driving growth
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, product listing optimization, and catalog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Self-motivated and diligent team player personality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
