About the Role:

This role leads the growth and management of strategic partnerships for the company. You’ll identify and secure high-value alliances with technology vendors and implementation partners, negotiate win-win agreements and launch enablement programs that drive joint revenue and measurable ROI. Acting as the primary ecosystem connector, you’ll coordinate three-way collaboration between our teams, partners and end customers, while representing the company as a trusted brand ambassador and fostering a partnership-first, inclusive culture. Through its strategic impact, this role plays a critical part in accelerating the company’s growth.

What will you be doing?

• Travel: please note this is a London based role but you will be expected to travel to partner sites as and when required.

• Cultivate & Expand Partnerships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners, identifying strategic opportunities that broaden market reach and enhance product capabilities.

• Negotiate & Structure Deals: Lead negotiations to create mutually beneficial agreements, including revenue-sharing models and co-selling arrangements balancing commercial acumen with long-term partnership value.

• Drive Partner Programs & ROI: Design and manage partner enablement initiatives, track joint pipeline performance and measure partnership ROI to ensure tangible business impact.

• Orchestrate the Ecosystem: Coordinate three-way collaboration between your company, partners and end customers to deliver integrated solutions and seamless go-to-market execution.

• Represent & Advocate: Act as a brand ambassador in the partner ecosystem, promoting company values externally while fostering an inclusive, partnership-first culture internally.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partnership strategies with broader business objectives and shared revenue goals.

About You:

• Relevant Background: Experience in SaaS channel/alliance management, business development, account management or ecosystem roles in consulting or systems integration.

• Proven Partnership Management: Experience managing strategic technology alliances or channel partnerships, with a record of building and sustaining trust with vendors and implementation partners.

• Strategic Growth Experience: Demonstrated ability to identify and execute partnership opportunities that expand market reach, enhance product capabilities or accelerate solution delivery.

• Commercial & Negotiation Skills: Track record of structuring complex partner agreements such as revenue shares and co-selling arrangements, delivering measurable revenue impact.

• Program Management Expertise: Experience creating and running partner enablement programs, tracking joint pipeline performance and reporting on partnership ROI.

• Ecosystem Leadership: Ability to coordinate multi-party relationships between company, partners and end customers to drive seamless go-to-market execution.
