  • Partner with marketing to support acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies

Optimize Campaign Performance

  • Monitor journey performance and continuously optimize engagement and conversion
  • Run A/B testing and experimentation within journeys
  • Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams
  • Align journey execution with broader campaign and engagement strategies
  • Support integrations and new capabilities alongside technical teams

Leverage Data & Insights

  • Analyze performance metrics and engagement trends
  • Build and share insights that inform future campaigns and journeys
  • Contribute to a continuous optimization roadmap

What Success Looks Like

  • High-performing, fully operational journeys across key digital channels
  • Scalable personalization strategies powered by AEP data
  • Measurable improvements in engagement and conversion
  • Marketing teams enabled to launch and manage campaigns efficiently
  • Ongoing optimization driven by data and insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) (must-have)
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and audience activation
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and personalization
  • Background in data-driven marketing and real-time engagement platforms
  • Ability to translate business/marketing needs into technical execution
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams
  • Experience analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sports, media, or fan engagement ecosystems
  • Exposure to other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
