Aiviq - Product Manager – London/Hybrid

As a Product Manager at Aiviq, you'll own and drive the strategy for our terms and revenue management solutions, working with a global client base and collaborative teams across multiple regions. This is a key role combining deep product ownership with significant client interaction, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on product experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategy & Innovation

• Own product vision and strategy, identifying opportunities to innovate in the financial terms and revenue management space
• Drive product roadmap development and prioritisation aligned with market needs and business objectives
• Develop compelling business cases for new product initiatives
• Articulate product strategy to stakeholders at all levels, from development teams to C-suite clients
• Identify and drive opportunities for AI integration to enhance product capabilities and automate complex processes

Client & Market Focus

• Act as a trusted advisor to global clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into product solutions
• Lead solution design for complex client requirements
• Support pre-sales activities including RFIs and product demonstrations
• Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting our clients

Product Development Leadership

• Define and validate product requirements, collaborating with clients and stakeholders
• Guide development teams through feature design and implementation, including AI/ML capabilities
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement processes

Technical Leadership

• Contribute to technical, data and AI architecture decisions
• Ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
• Guide data model and integration strategies
• Validate technical feasibility of new features

Your Qualifications:

Required Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience in FinTech, industry or related field
• Track record of successfully delivering complex technical or data products
• Experience working directly with financial services clients
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems
• Track record of fostering collaborative, inclusive team environments

Desired Experience (candidates may have some but not all)

• Knowledge of investment management operations and workflows
• Experience with fee calculation and revenue management systems
• Understanding of financial agreements and terms processing
• Background in similar products (terms management, billing, revenue management)
• Experience transforming legacy processes through technology
• Experience with AI/ML implementation in financial services products
