ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading consumer retail organization is launching an enterprise marketing transformation initiative and needs an experienced program manager to steward the AI rollout across shared services, with a primary focus on media and marketing operations. This person will be the operational backbone of the program, driving coordination, governance, and accountability across multiple workstreams during a critical launch phase.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who blends marketing or media operations expertise with a strong, hands-on AI skillset and proven program management discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Program CoordinationDrive end-to-end coordination across all transformation workstreams, keeping interdependencies visible and teams aligned on shared goals.
Governance and AccountabilityEstablish and maintain consistent milestone tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms across every team involved in the initiative.
Communications and SchedulingRun centralized program communications and scheduling, serving as the single source of truth for status, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
Change ManagementAnticipate and address change management needs as the program scales, helping teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.

- Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or media operations, ideally within a large, complex organization.
- Strong, practical AI skillset, with the ability to evaluate, apply, and guide adoption of AI tools and workflows.
- Proven program or project management track record across cross-functional teams and concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable driving accountability across teams you do not directly manage.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
