Tribal have an exciting opportunity to come and join the London team based in Paddington. We're looking for an experienced Content Strategist who has both agency and AI experience to work on a large well known automotive client.
The Senior Content Strategist leads the discovery, definition, design, and management of content for digital experiences. This role provides insight into the current state of content, defines the overall content strategy vision, and develops page-level content strategies to support audience needs and organisational goals.
The Senior Content Strategist acts as a discoverer and strategic planner for content needs, serving as a key supporter for UX and Creative teams throughout the design process.
You will:
Strategy & Optimisation
- Transform complex search behavior, conversational AI trends, and client objectives into effective optimisation strategies
- Craft content strategies aligned with how LLMs interpret and surface information
- Optimise web content to maximize visibility in AI-powered search results
- Analyse conversational AI output to identify ranking opportunities
- Research LLM behaviors, retrieval patterns, and emerging trends in generative search
- Develop frameworks to measure and improve performance
- Lead content strategy principles throughout the discover, define, design, and develop phases of every project
Content Development & Management
- Provide insight into content strategy activity and deliverable needs
- Gather project and client-specific information
- Interpret and present qualitative and quantitative content assessments
- Provide clear and concise core content strategy and recommendations to drive direction for
- structure, messaging, voice, and tone across all audiences
- Define the type of content needed to support the future digital experience
- Develop scalable, systematic content that remains fresh and relevant across multiple product
- verticals and languages
- Create Content Strategy Briefs for UX, Creative, and Copywriting teams
- QA for consistency and provide support for missing content needs
- Define content governance needs
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead discussions related to content strategy needs and expectations throughout the project
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and teams across the organization to launch and optimise product growth initiatives
- Partner and support all team members; identify problems/challenges and focus on solutions
- Voice needs and timing expectations for activities and deliverables
- Lead conversations and tasks without direction; demonstrate ownership and proactive problem-solving
Communication & Insights
- Clearly communicate with all disciplines throughout the project
- Present insights clearly, concisely, and with authority—both verbally and via presentation decks both internally and to clients
- Use quantitative data to guide prioritization and decision-making while incorporating qualitative insights, user feedback, and industry expertise to shape compelling narratives
- Share work and insights with team members regularly
- Communicate thoughts and insights with empathy and confidence
You have:
