The AI Residency program is an 18 month program targeting people with exceptional technical backgrounds but no professional or PhD experience in AI. This program is suitable for recent graduates in technical disciplines. As part of this program you will work on high impact AI projects at Orbital. Some example projects:
Reinforcement Learning with Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), post-training for engineering and materials discovery tasks
Building evolutionary systems that compose LLMs at test-time to solve scientific problems
Distributed training of large scale simulation/generative models of 3D systems
