You will become an expert in hiring one of the most interesting and desirable skillsets on earth, working with enviable AI labs to introduce Engineers as a trusted partner.
You will begin on a warm desk, heavily focused on building a candidate network before expanding into client development. Our academy is designed for density of impact, meaning everyone progresses differently and in line with their strengths.
You must be based in or around London, and prepared to spend at least 3-days in a C entral London office each week. This role carries an ongoing sales/revenue target, with a generous commission scheme for top performers.
