Chip is going all-in on AI to revolutionize wealth management for 400,000+ users. As AI Product Manager, you will lead the development of customer-facing agents and internal automation tools. Reporting to the CPO, you will drive technical architecture, model evaluation, and deployment, turning agentic AI concepts into high-impact production features.

What you will do:
Lead AI features from discovery through production, defining critical success metrics for accuracy, hallucination thresholds, and compliance.
Partner with engineering on technical architecture decisions, including RAG implementations, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and monitoring frameworks.
Collaborate with Risk & Compliance to establish governance and guardrails for deploying AI systems within a regulated financial environment.
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping AI/ML features into live customer environments.
Technical credibility in generative AI, with a deep understanding of LLM fundamentals, model evaluation, and building systematic feedback flywheels.
A proactive self-starter who uses AI tools in their daily workflow and thrives in zero-to-one, ambiguous environments.
