Contract: Contract with IMMEDIATE joining 

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI & Platform Architect to join our team and help design, implement, and optimize AI and data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across GCP services, machine learning platforms, and infrastructure automation, with a strong understanding of enterprise-scale cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable AI and data platform solutions in GCP.

• Lead architecture and implementation efforts across BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, and Vertex AI.

• Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes/GKE and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and organizational policy requirements.

• Optimize data pipelines and AI workflows, providing guidance on best practices for cloud and ML solutions.

• Automate tasks and data workflows using programming languages such as Python or Java.

Basic Qualifications (BQs) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in VMO2/Telefónica GCP estate preferred.

• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, VPC, and IAM.

• Practical experience with Vertex AI (Workbench, Training, Prediction/Serving, Feature Store) and core ML concepts.

• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and Kubernetes/GKE for container orchestration.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language for data engineering and automation (Python or Java).

• Solid understanding of GCP networking concepts, firewall rules, encryption, and organizational policy constraints.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments with a focus on AI and ML solutions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for ML workflows.
