What You’ll Do
- Fine-tune AI models
- Fine-tune and maintain models (LLM, VLM, forecasting)
- Monitor models performance
- Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets
- Build new AI-based features
- Build new AI-based features related to Finance
- Research & Development
- Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.
- Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Skills
- Strong full stack software engineering background: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in parameter efficient fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA adapters)
- Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
- Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
- Experience
- 2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with processing financial documents
- Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
- Traits
- Ability to take ownership, but also cooperate in small teams
