Job Title: AI Marketing Lead

Reporting to: Global Head of Marketing

Location: UK/EMEA hybrid, the successful candidate will travel globally. (c.30% travel)

The AI Marketing Lead is responsible for the iterative development of the marketing strategy and vision for BSI AI division globally; enabling the AI business unit to achieve its strategic goals.    

Coordinating at a strategic level with the AI senior leadership team and others, you will identify business and customer needs, integrating these into the global marketing roadmap of continuous improvement in marketing team performance, campaign delivery and return on investment. 

You will also own the global marketing plan and budget, measure and communicate the impact to the AI and Regulatory Services (RS) leadership teams, and regularly report on agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies, relevant internal stakeholders to develop, communicate, deliver and measure success.
  • Lead the global marketing proposition and develop campaigns with strong competitive value propositions, driving market excellence and supporting the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Maintain an inclusive culture that attracts, recruits, retains, supports, develops and motivates talented individuals to deliver quality work aligned with our marketing strategy.

Keys skills, experience and attributes.

The successful candidate will:

  • be a commercial marketeer with strong commercial acumen, used to working agilely in an environment of frequent change
  • be comfortable in managing a small team and also in taking responsibility for leading and implementing some campaigns/products themselves
  • have a proven track record in multichannel marketing including the creation and execution of successful global marketing plans.
  • be knowledgeable in market trends, recognising the value of data sharing to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
  • have experience of working and collaborating in a global matrix structure.
  • have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to instil confidence, challenging appropriately if/when needed
  • be educated to degree level or equivalent, or have equivalent experience in a digital marketing role.
  • be likely to come from a standards or regulated industry background.
