Job Description

Role Summary 

We are looking for UK-based Process Discovery professionals who can help identify, analyze, and translate business processes and operational challenges into Robotics, AI, and Low-Code automation opportunities. This role is not a traditional Business Analyst position; instead, it requires a strong operational excellence, process improvement, and problem-solving mindset, combined with a solid understanding of modern automation technologies. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Engage with business and operational teams to understand end-to-end processes and underlying challenges

·       Identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Robotics (RPA), AI, and Low-Code platforms

·       Translate business pain points into clearly defined automation use cases and solution opportunities

·       Perform process discovery, process mapping, and value assessments to prioritize initiatives

·       Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to shape solution designs and automation roadmaps

·       Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives by providing process and operational insights

·       Drive continuous improvement by recommending simplification, standardization, and digitization opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

·       Strong background in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement

·       Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-centric mindset

·       Experience in process discovery, process mapping, and opportunity identification

·       Good understanding of Robotics/RPA, AI capabilities, and Low-Code platforms (hands-on build experience is not mandatory)

·       Ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technology teams

·       Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

·       Experience working with UK-based clients or organizations
