Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Junior Analyst to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role supporting multiple service lines across the firm, working closely with consulting teams, service line owners, client segment stakeholders and central programme leads to identify, prioritise and deliver AI use cases that create value across the business.
The successful candidate will help drive practical AI adoption across a range of business areas, including advisory engagements and enterprise performance management, while contributing to broader governance, collaboration and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with service line owners, client segment stakeholders and consulting teams to identify and deliver prioritised AI initiatives that address operational and strategic challenges
- Develop and manage a centralised prompt repository and technical playbook, demonstrating how source data can be transformed into client-ready deliverables using AI tools
- Use coding skills, including Python and SQL, alongside workflow automation technologies to design scalable AI solutions for consulting teams and enterprise functions
- Manage multiple concurrent AI projects with a strong focus on quality, consistency and timely delivery
- Act as a bridge between onshore consulting teams, offshore technical resources and central programme groups, sharing best practice and identifying opportunities for broader AI adoption
- Support internal discussions on AI capabilities, helping stakeholders understand use cases, value potential and practical application across the business
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI ways of working, ensuring lessons learned and reusable assets are shared across teams
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a recent graduate or early-career professional with:
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- Hands-on familiarity with AI and natural language processing tools, particularly GPT-based applications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in workflow automation and scripting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for applying AI to real business challenges
