We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking AI Automation Lead to revolutionize how RemoFirst leverages AI technologies. If you have a passion for implementing cutting-edge tools, developing automation solutions, and creating impactful systems that transform knowledge management, this role is for you. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead automation initiatives by developing and integrating AI tools tailored to organizational needs.
  • Research, customize, and deploy AI technologies for maximum efficiency and value across teams.
  • Optimize current functionalities using NLP, LLMs, and automation frameworks.
  • Conduct basic coding tasks (Python, JavaScript) to build or adapt AI-powered tools.
  • Implement APIs effectively, translating outputs into actionable insights for teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and design AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure data governance by auditing and integrating data structures across AI tools.

What you’ll need:

  • Technical Skills:
  • - Strong experience with AI tools and automation solutions.

    - Proficiency in basic coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and tool development.

    - Hands-on experience with API implementation and understanding of outcomes.

  • AI Expertise: Proven ability to design and build chatbots and AI systems that solve real-world problems.
  • Knowledge Management: A knack for organizing complex information into structured, accessible formats.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.

How you’ll work:

  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must. 
  • Excellent communication skills, as we’re working with many people from all over the world, it’s important for us to communicate, quickly adapt and relay information in different ways.
  • Collaborative: we love to work together with all sorts of different people in all sorts of different places. Everyone’s opinion matters to get the job done. 
  • Strategic planning and critical thinking will help you to be able to anticipate issues that can affect successful outcomes and approach challenges with creative solutions that help teams meet objectives. 
  • Decision-making. You'll discern pertinent information and analyze how different factors can affect the success of our business's operations. 
  • Time Management: You will be participating in meetings, supporting our customers and internal teams; then throw time zones in the mix, that’s quite the day. You will need to be good at structuring your work day and tasks to make sure you accomplish all those things whilst maintaining a work-life balance.
  • With Research skills you’ll be able to gather, review and analyze information about relative stakeholders for our business and find the best solutions.
  • Independent and autonomous: as we work, we’re naturally independent. As much as we’re connected you will also need to use your own initiative to solve problems and get answers; this also means reaching out to us to get help or confirm a solution.
  • Empathetic: you need excellent people skills to connect and motivate yourself and others around you. You will use your empathic abilities to handle all sorts of conversations with multiple audiences.
