Role Overview
We are seeking experienced AI / Automation Engineers to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered solutions across multiple business functions.
The successful candidates will be responsible for building and supporting production-grade AI applications, implementing Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, intelligent automation workflows, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
This role requires hands-on experience delivering AI solutions from concept through deployment and operational support.
- Design, develop, deploy, and support AI-driven applications and services.
- Build and maintain Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Develop AI-powered automation and agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes.
- Develop APIs and backend services to support AI solutions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization frameworks.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software engineering or AI solution development.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production environments.
