About the Role 

As a Change Manager, you will lead the human, cultural and organisational aspects of AI transformation. You will work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to design and implement effective change strategies that increase adoption and ensure long‑term success. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies for AI implementation 
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and create stakeholder engagement plans 
  • Design and deliver communications campaigns that support AI adoption 
  • Develop training plans and materials for end‑users 
  • Establish and support networks of change champions 
  • Track benefits, measure adoption and produce reporting 
  • Conduct business readiness assessments 
  • Manage resistance and develop mitigation strategies 
  • Support post‑implementation transition to BAU operations 
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to align change activity with solution rollout 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Experience delivering organisational change (public sector experience desirable) 
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies 
  • Experience developing communication and engagement strategies 
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills 
  • Experience in benefits realisation and adoption tracking 
  • Experience developing and facilitating training 
  • Understanding of local government operations and service delivery
