Job Description

We are looking for an for an ambitious and driven Agreement Sales Director to fulfil the Agreement Base growth plans within EMEA Industrial Service. As an Agreement Sales Director, you will be responsible for supporting Sales Managers and sales personnel in delivering the best possible sales approach. You will lead and implement innovative sales programs and campaigns that drive demand.

This role will be instrumental in driving our Agreement Base growth through new customer acquisition, with a specific focus on CARE and COMMITMENT Agreements (more about our products). The successful candidate is expected to work with local countries to drive outsourcing opportunities from large in-house maintenance companies, while also further developing segmented customers that will contribute to COMMITMENT Agreement growth in the years to come.

You will support and develop the use of CRM, including improving data accuracy to aid in business forecasting, Assigned Account Management, and influencing the push of our Agreements. Attention to detail, combined with the ability to understand and translate our technical capabilities into clear customer benefits, will be essential. As an Agreement Sales Director, you must be an expert in understanding how customers buy, and your task will be to translate that knowledge into our sales channels.

Location: Any close to KC locations within Italy, Finland, UK, Spain or Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key member of Sales Case Teams to facilitate and drive forward the selling of COMMITMENT Agreements.
  • Implementing existing and developing new product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, including yourkonecranes.com, TRUCONNECT, and other product-bundling initiatives with a particular focus on our Digital Services.
  • Supporting Area Sales Teams in Sales Management best practices and contributing to the development of sales personnel.
  • Ensuring Sales Enablement by communicating the value proposition of our products to the EMEA Area Sales Teams and developing sales tools that support the sales process.
  • Leading demand generation by developing strategies and managing marketing programs that drive Agreement Base growth, including coaching and guiding sales campaigns and customer segmentation.
  • Delivering the best possible sales approach.
  • Acting as an expert on the messaging and positioning of Konecranes products and services.
  • Working in close cooperation with the Director of Strategic Industries and Account Management.
  • Implementing innovative sales programs and campaigns that drive demand.
  • Training and onboarding applicable Agreement Sales personnel, including developing - together with BA Service - training programs and content to best support the sales teams.
  • Supporting Frontline businesses and creating your own Win Plans when needed.

Qualifications

What You Should Bring

  • Strong experience in sales, preferably in sales management.
  • Relevant technical understanding of industrial products and services.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret Sales Funnel data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • A strong passion for sales development and reaching results.
  • Ability to understand customer buying behaviour and transfer that knowledge into our sales channels.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work across multiple organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
