Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for an exceptional Agency Lead to join our team and help us maximise branded content revenue. If you’re passionate about building high-impact relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

As an Agency Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering high-level relationships across our client base, giving Reach a competitive edge in the industry. Your ability to understand clients, identify opportunities, and drive engagement will lead to increased briefs, higher brand counts, repeat business, and significant revenue growth. You will also be responsible for forecasting branded content revenue, identifying pressure points, and managing strategic information across the business.

In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influential agency contacts across partnerships, planning, and investment teams, positioning Reach as the go-to partner for branded content. You’ll act as a champion for our branded content, driving awareness and understanding within agencies while also enhancing your own professional profile. Working collaboratively with hub counterparts, you will develop and implement business strategies that accelerate growth across key clients.

You will play a key role in co-leading weekly forecasts alongside fellow Agency Leads and the finance team, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and strategic planning. Your expertise in communication and presentation will contribute to an increased pitch success rate, and you’ll set the standard for best practices when working with Studio counterparts to deliver impactful, creative solutions.

As a leader, you will exhibit strong people management skills, guiding and developing your team through coaching, regular Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and clear goal setting. You will also empower the wider sales team, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to effectively sell Studio content.

At Reach, we are committed to diversity and inclusion, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring our values against discrimination are upheld in all aspects of our work.

If you are a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and commercial leader with a passion for branded content and media sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:

The successful candidate will have an established profile within the media agency landscape, with a strong network and industry presence. You will possess exceptional numerical skills and a sharp commercial acumen, allowing you to identify and maximise revenue opportunities effectively.

With extensive experience in sales, ideally within branded content, you will bring a proven track record of success in driving business growth. Your leadership abilities will be instrumental in motivating teams, taking responsibility for their development, and fostering a high-performance culture.

A deep understanding of the branded content market, combined with a strategic and winning mindset, will enable you to seize opportunities and drive impactful results.
