The Aftersales Training Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering all Aftersales training programmes for partner networks, technical teams, and customer-facing service staff. This includes Customer Advisory, Technical, Parts, and Warranty learning pathways. The role ensures that the INEOS Automotive strategy is implemented effectively and that partners receive the necessary training support aligned with product launch timelines and continuous improvement needs.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead the end-to-end development of Aftersales training programmes across Customer Advisory, Technical, Parts and Warranty functions (excluding Sales & Product training).
  • Translate the INEOS Automotive strategy into practical training pathways for global service partners.
  • Create blended learning solutions including classroom, e-learning, hands-on, virtual and on-vehicle training modules.
  • Ensure all training content is aligned with product launch timelines and technical maturity.
  • Assess partner readiness and identify skill gaps across all Aftersales functions.
  • Implement structured learning pathways ensuring all partner staff have up-to-date product knowledge and technical competence.
  • Track training KPIs and report on network progress, readiness and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements and operational expectations.
  • Engage proactively with launch teams to ensure markets have the required capability for new vehicle introductions.
  • Provide Aftersales input into technical publications, support tools and dealer-facing platforms.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong background in Aftersales Training, Technical Training, or OEM network development.
  • Experience within an OEM or major automotive organisation.
  • Experience designing and delivering training solutions in an international or multi-market environment.
  • Proven ability to build training programmes from concept through to deployment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience working with blended learning methods (digital, classroom, hands-on, virtual).
  • Solid understanding of Aftersales operations including Technical, Service, Warranty and Parts functions.
  • Knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics, or advanced vehicle technologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning development tools.
