Key Responsibilities:

  • On going management and refinement of a regional Affinity strategy covering client proposition, technology, placement, marketing and financial metrics and then refine and refocus it to meet financial objectives on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with supporting functions to effectively define the business in Europe and our supporting value proposition. Launch, educate and stimulate colleagues and interest groups on our VP to develop country strategies that are aligned to the regional concept
  • Support of country practice requirements with regard to identifying solutions, managing enquiries, sharing between countries, managing regional and global opportunities, supporting placement and facility right sizing strategies
  • Developing new channel distribution strategies for agents, authorized representatives, digital, associations etc

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record as a senior leader with experience of executing a growth strategy in a multi-country region for a large complex organisation.
  • First hand knowledge of the affinity partnership model gained either in banking, insurance or a related field.
  • Collaborative and engaging leadership style
  • Commercially focused with experience owning a significant P&L
