As an Affiliates Manager, you'll cultivate partnerships with KOLs and influencers to boost Crypto.com's retail growth, ensuring effective ROI and performance tracking.
As our Affiliates Manager, you will be the driving force behind Crypto.com’s retail growth, turning social influence into market-leading results. You will be a strategic partner to the world’s most influential KOLs, content creators, and media outlets, crafting high-impact deals that bring the next wave of users to the platform. If you are deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem, meticulously driven by ROI, and thrive on building powerful professional networks, this is your opportunity to shape the brand presence of a global industry leader.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new partnerships with media, Affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders to drive first-time deposits and trades.
- Maintaining existing KOL relationships and improving ROIs.
- Tracking performance (KPIs), client feedback, and recommending improvements.
- Keeping up with trends on social media (YouTube, X, Telegram etc.) and the blockchain influencer community.
- Providing timely customer service and issue resolution for Affiliates/KOLs.
- Attending conferences and community gatherings to engage with Affiliates/KOLs.
- Drafting and closing partnership agreements with Affiliates/KOLs aiming to positive ROIs.
Requirements:
- Existing relationships/knowledge of influential figures in the local crypto ecosystem.
- Network in the KOLs/influencers/affiliates space.
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or community-driven growth in crypto.
- Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners eg. driving ;business results with clients & partners, drafting documentations & agreements;
- Excellent command of professional written & oral English(plus local language), writing & presentation samples are welcome
