About the Role

We're looking for an Affiliate Program Manager to support the Global Affiliate Manager. This role gives you the opportunity to work across partner management, campaign execution and program operations across both web and app affiliate channels.

You will support relationships with direct partners, including overseeing DSP and CTV campaigns, while identifying and leveraging opportunities across our wider network partner base. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll gain great visibility with senior stakeholders and work closely with internal teams including Creative, Analytics, Product and other key areas of the business.

This role is well suited to someone who has experience working in affiliate marketing, ideally within a highly regulated sector, and is comfortable operating with a good degree of autonomy while contributing to a wider global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the affiliate program and co-ordinate onboarding of affiliate partners across both web and mobile app channels, ensuring campaigns are set up, tracked, and reported correctly.
  • Own affiliate program operations within the Impact platform, including partner onboarding, tracking setup, campaign configuration, and reporting.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the global affiliate program, working across a portfolio of direct and network affiliate partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and seek out opportunities to grow brand visibility through placements, editorial colorations and partner events.
  • Analyze partner and campaign performance data, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to the Global Affiliate Manager
  • Be hands on with creative briefing, delivery and optimisation.
  • Ensure quality across the program from set-up, partner management, platform management through to reporting performance.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for partners, resolving operational and technical issues as they arise
  • Stay current on competitor affiliate activity, industry trends, platform updates, and regulatory considerations relevant to a regulated business.

Requirements

  • Passion about scaling the affiliate program as a growth lever, and excitement to build within a fast-moving, high-impact team.
  • 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate program management with knowledge of the global market with focus on the US and Europe.
  • Hands-on experience with the Impact affiliate platform is required.
  • Experience managing affiliate programs that span both web and app partners.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and campaign setup.
  • Comfortable working with data — pulling reports, spotting trends, and flagging anomalies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities at once.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry is preferable but not essential.
  • Based in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones only) or in Europe.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with a distributed global team.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (e.g., AppsFlyer) and app-based attribution.
  • Experience supporting or working alongside legal/contracts teams on partner agreements.
