Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Manager
GoHenry is a UK-based fintech company created by parents to pioneer financial education. More recently, GoHenry moved into Europe and the US by joining forces with French fintech company PixPay and US investing app, Acorns.
Together, Acorns, PixPay, and GoHenry have over 6 million members across 5 countries. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Manager to run GoHenry’s affiliate and referrals programs in the UK and contribute to subscriber growth efforts.
The role
Reporting to the GoHenry Senior Acquisition Manager, the Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Manager will run and help scale our affiliate marketing and refer-a-friend programs.
Our affiliate program is an integral part of the marketing mix and you will play an important role in growing our subscribers efficiently and effectively through working with high-profile partners who can help us build trust and consideration amongst our target audience.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners and external affiliate networks to help scale acquisition efforts through trusted partnerships and referral initiatives.
Your responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
Run day-to-day activities of the affiliate program
Act as a key point of contact for affiliate partners, helping build and maintain strong relationships
Coordinate and distribute creative assets for affiliate campaigns
Contribute to the development of the affiliate program roadmap, with guidance from the Senior Acquisition Manager
Help plan and implement affiliate campaigns with key partners
Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners
Provide input on evolving commission structures to support growth goals
Generate regular reports on affiliate performance including actionable insights and next actions
Ensure all activities (new and existing) are compliant with our own policies but also according to regulations set by industry governing bodies in partnership
Stay informed on industry trends in affiliate and partnership marketing
Help drive improvements in GoHenry’s Refer-A-Friend program and drive an increase in the proportion of our customer base successfully referring new paying subscribers to us
Collaborate with the Product and CRM teams on improvements to the referral experience
Partner with the CRM team on improving customer experience throughout the referral program as well as executing referral campaigns
Partner with the data team to monitor and report on referrals performance
Developing and executing a suitable referrals incentive structure for relevant customer groups through experimentation
Regular reporting of referrals performance on volume and value
What we’re looking for
This is a crucial role in the organsiation and as such we are looking for high calibre candidates. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate that they have;
Hands-on experience in running affiliate programs for B2C businesses preferably in financial services or family-oriented services - experience with subscription businesses is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to help us secure the best relationships with key partners
Experience executing performance-based affiliate campaigns
Data-driven and analytical
Proficient with Impact Radius or similar platforms
Good technical understanding to be able to work with the Product Team on backend improvements of our referrals program
Team player who can work with multiple teams across the business to deliver affiliate and referrals projects
Understanding of referral programs and customer incentives, with prior exposure to running or supporting refer-a-friend initiatives
