The Job

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of our affiliate program and shape the channel strategy, helping to scale it into a key growth driver for the business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager to develop and execute an ambitious affiliate strategy that supports overall business KPIs. You’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of affiliate campaigns, managing publisher relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value and efficiency.

Day to day, you’ll oversee performance across partners, budgets, and promotions, using data-driven insights to refine and optimise activity. You’ll play a key role in testing and innovation, collaborating with our in-house marketing and merchandising teams to amplify our reach and engagement holistically across multiple markets.

Our Paid Media team is dynamic and our channels have seen exponential growth over the past 5 years. As a team, we have full ownership across the entire media funnel; from upper-funnel brand activity to lower-funnel performance campaigns, and this role has the opportunity to further embed the Affiliates channel at every stage. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing affiliate programs, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment, with proven success scaling international programs across markets like the US and Australia. You’ll bring an analytical mind, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, be someone who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments and is excited to help shape the future of our performance marketing mix.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the Affiliate marketing strategy, working closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager with the goal to scale the channel and support business-level KPIs focusing on both Revenue growth and User Acquisition

  • Ownership of publisher relationships in partnership with our Affiliate Network, Rakuten, to drive purchases and registrations within our efficiency goals

  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners across the US, UK and Australian markets

  • Identify, onboard, and optimise new affiliates to diversify the affiliate portfolio

  • Provide regular reporting of campaign and publisher performance, ensuring analysis is translated into actionable strategies

  • Identify opportunities to scale the channel further, collaborating with wider marketing teams to achieve departmental and business level objectives

  • Ownership of testing roadmap with a focus on creative, commission structures and publisher mix ratios 

  • Contribute to creative briefs with an affiliate-first perspective 

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing an affiliate program, agency or in-house, with retail/e-commerce exposure

  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools (Rakuten preferred but not required)

  • Previous experience of working to grow international programs, particularly the US and Australia

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously

  • Good attention to detail and process building to ensure excellent management of publisher relations and cross-functional campaigns

  • Previous experience on App business working with an MMP and knowledge of app-first user journeys 

  • Familiarity with complex attribution and LTV models

  • Ability to confidently and effectively communicate across varying levels of seniority cross functionally

  • Proactive and eager to learn attitude, loves a challenge and has the capacity for independent thinking

  • Experience working closely with PR and Influencer teams on collaborative strategies

  • Analytical capabilities and Google Sheet / Excel literate with the ability to use data to answer business questions.
